The Rohde & Schwarz R&S®RTH1004 + RTH-B241 is a 4-channel handheld oscilloscope that combines high-performance with portability. It integrates the functionality of a laboratory oscilloscope into a battery-powered handheld device, suitable for both laboratory debugging of embedded designs and field analysis of complex problems.
Base model RTH1004 has a bandwidth of 60 MHz, upgradeable up to 500 MHz via software keycodes. Features sampling rates up to 5 Gs/s (1 active channel), 2.5 Gs/s (2 active channels), and 1.25 Gs/s (4 active channels).
Features a 10-bit A/D converter with vertical sensitivity from 2 mV/div to 100 V/div and offset range up to 200 V. Reaches waveform capture rates up to 50,000 wfms/s to effectively capture transient signals.
Provides 33 automatic measurement functions for easy parameter analysis. Supports protocol trigger and decode capabilities for serial protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN/LIN, CAN-FD, and SENT.
Equipped with a 7-inch LC TFT color touch-screen (800 x 480 pixels). Supports USB 2.0 host/device, LAN/Ethernet, and SD card slot. Optional Wi-Fi is available for wireless remote control.
Safety rated at CAT IV 600 V / CAT III 1000 V. The design features an IP51-rated dust and drip-protected enclosure with a non-slip, shock-resistant rubberized surface for field environments.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery providing up to 4 hours of continuous operation, effectively meeting the requirements of mobile on-site testing.
