Multiple SMUs (Source/Monitor Units) are supported by the E5270B for voltage/current sourcing and measurement, with current measurement capabilities as low as 0.1 fA. You can upgrade or modify SMU modules for the eight available slots thanks to its modular architecture. Your PC is equipped with the EasyEXPERT group+ GUI-based characterisation program, which supports every task needed for the characterization, from setting up the measurement to analyzing the data. The E5270B is the ideal solution for characterization and evaluation of devices, materials, semiconductors, active/passive components, or almost any other type of electronic device with uncompromised measurement reliability and efficiency thanks to its powerful integration of SMU's versatile measurement capabilities and GUI-based characterization software.
