You may increase productivity when sourcing and measuring DC voltage and current into the device under test (DUT) using the Keysight N6705C DC power analyzer. Up to four sophisticated power supplies can be used with the N6705C DC power analyzer: a digital multimeter (DMM), scope, arb, and data recorder.
With the N6705C DC power analyzer, all functions and measurements are on the front panel, so there's no need to write and debug scripts to handle a bunch of instruments. Use the Keysight PathWave BenchVue BV9200 control and analysis software to gain even more control and analysis capabilities.
New advanced data analysis tools, automation capabilities, and an upgraded user interface are all characteristics of the BV9200 PathWave BenchVue control and analysis software. The N6705C is fully programmable via GPIB, USB, LAN, and LXI when automated bench setups are required.
Custom configurations are available for the N6705C DC power analyzer to satisfy your power supply and analysis needs. Up to four DC power modules and 600 W of total DC output power can be accommodated by its four-slot mainframe.
