With its four or eight channels, the Infiniium EXR-Series provides a maximum bandwidth of 6 GHz and a sample rate of 16 GSa/s. You can see more of your signal than ever before with the Infiniium EXR-Series thanks to its 100 Mpts of standard memory per channel, flexible threestage triggering, more than 50 standard measurements, a vast library of application-specific packages, and ASIC-accelerated testing.
