Custom Megger MVCT Voltage transformer (VT) and current transformer (CT) Analyser Exporters, Products

The MVCT provides microprocessor-controlled variable voltage and current outputs and precision instrumentation for automated testing of single- and multi-ratio CTs and VTs.

This instrument makes CT testing easy and convenient. It connects directly to multi-ratio CTs and, with the push of a button, performs all tests on all taps, including saturation, ratio, polarity, winding resistance, and insulation. This significantly reduces testing time. Leveraging patented DC technology, it offers a knee voltage of up to 30 kV, covering saturation testing of open-circuit CTs such as TPY and TPZ.

Product Description

Overview

The Megger MVCT is a professional, lightweight, and portable voltage transformer (VT) and current transformer (CT) analyzer designed for accurate testing in various field environments.

Key Features

Lightweight & Portable

Weighs less than 20 pounds (10 kg), making it exceptionally easy to transport and operate in field conditions.

Comprehensive Testing

Performs saturation, ratio, polarity, winding resistance, and insulation tests on current transformers. Also tests VTs for metering/protection class and executes secondary load tests.

One-Touch Operation

Automated test plans run at the push of a single button. Generates immediate results, calculations, and visual graphs on completion.

Simultaneous Tap Measurement

Patented measurement technology allows up to five taps to be tested simultaneously, drastically reducing total test time.

Flexible Control Display

Utilizes a large, full-color, sunlight-readable TFT LCD touchscreen. Also available in display-less configurations controlled via PC software (PowerDB or STVI).
