Custom Kinco KC200 series general vector inverter KC200-2S-0R40G Manufacturer, Products

The Kinco KC200 series comprises universal vector inverters featuring a wide voltage design that renders them suitable for diverse domestic and international power grids and supply conditions. Employing high-performance SVC control, they achieve stable operation at 150% load across the entire rated frequency speed range. These inverters support Ethernet connectivity for external keyboards alongside standard MODBUS and CANopen communication protocols, with optional EMC filters available to optimise the electromagnetic compatibility of on-site equipment. This series covers voltage and power ratings spanning single-phase 200V–240V/0.4–2.2kW and three-phase 380V–480V/0.75–560kW.

Product Overview

The Kinco KC200 series universal vector frequency converter features comprehensive and reliable protection and performance optimisation capabilities.

Its protective functions encompass overcurrent suppression protection (continuously monitoring current and automatically limiting it below the overcurrent suppression threshold), overvoltage suppression protection (when no braking resistor is connected, automatically adjusting operating frequency or employing magnetic braking to prevent overvoltage protection triggering due to excessive bus voltage), undervoltage suppression protection (supporting uninterrupted operation during momentary power outages), and wave-by-wave current limiting protection (restricting current rise during abnormal events like sudden load changes or transient current spikes to prevent overcurrent shutdowns).

Additionally equipped with overvoltage and overcurrent fault protection, it detects input phase loss based on bus voltage fluctuations (requires certain load conditions), rapidly identifies output phase loss before and after operation, and swiftly recognises phase-to-phase short circuits and ground faults within 10 milliseconds prior to operation.

Further protection mechanisms address inverter module overheating, parameter self-learning failure, current detection faults, and SVC stall faults. Regarding thermal management, this series employs an independent air duct design positioned close to the IGBT power devices for efficient heat dissipation. Software incorporates an automatic carrier frequency reduction function based on temperature rise.

In application scenarios, the KC200 series is widely applicable for driving equipment in industries such as textiles, machine tools, packaging, and food processing, as well as for fans, pumps, and various automated production machinery.
