Custom Keithley' DAQ6510 Multimeter System for Data Acquisition and Logging Manufacturer, Product

The DAQ6510's touchscreen user interface, which adds a new level of simplicity, allows for quicker setup, real-time test status monitoring, and in-depth data analysis on the device.

Product Description

In contrast to the frequently complex configuration and control found in many stand-alone systems, the DAQ6510 is a precision data collecting and recording system that adds a new level of simplicity. Users will be guided through setup, data visualization, and analysis via a big 5-inch (12.7 cm) multi-touch display, eliminating the need for a PC and specialized software for many tasks. A variety of IVI and Labview drivers, together with KickStart Instrument Control Software, are available to assist with any application if you prefer or need a PC.
The latest 6½-digit multimeter technology offers even more speed, capability, and accuracy. You may be sure that your crucial measurements will be precise and completely traceable because two-year accuracy requirements are included.
Up to 80 devices-under-test (DUTs) in a multiplexing configuration can be measured or controlled by a test system that has two module slots and 12 plug-in switching and control modules. The DAQ6510 can test one or more ICs thanks to its two 6x8 matrix modules, which have 96 crosspoints in total. Compared to fixed life, choose a solid state multiplexer module for high volume production testing to optimize throughput with 800 channels/s scanning speed and reduce downtime.
