The Appleton™ ACSEW series is an explosion-proof and dust-proof ignition-proof type control center that can integrate control devices, indicators and instruments within a single control center. The grey epoxy powder coating meets NEMA 4X protection requirements. The external flange design maintains ample internal cavity space, accommodating operating devices with 2.5-inch pitch. This series is particularly suitable for applications with limited space or where centralised control of all equipment is required.

• Explosion-proof, dust-ignition resistant. Precision-machined flame passage between body and cover. O-ring rubber seal ensures watertight integrity.
• Bolt-mounted stainless steel slotted mounting feet. External flange maximises internal space utilisation.
• Flexible hinges mountable on either side (standard on models with catalogue number ACSEW121206 and above).
• Wall thickness accommodates at least five full threads.
• Factory-assembled and wired to specification.
• Operator spacing: 2½ inches.
• All pushbuttons and selector switches feature stainless steel shafts.
• Pushbuttons and selector switches rated at 10 amps, 600 volts AC.
• Indicator lights rated from 6 volts AC to 600 volts AC, supplied with transformer.
