Danfoss SCA-X 25-40 Series Check Valves are valve products designed for industrial refrigeration applications.
Basic Function: The SCA-X Series Check Valve incorporates an integrated shut-off valve function that prevents backflow of the medium, ensuring unidirectional flow. This protects equipment within the piping system from damage caused by reverse flow surges.
The SCA-X valve utilizes an angle pattern design. This configuration optimizes flow paths, enabling the valve to open at very low pressure differentials and providing favorable flow conditions.
Each valve body offers multiple connection types and sizes. By replacing the entire top assembly, the SCA-X valve can be converted into any other product within the Flexline™ SVL series, such as a manual regulating valve, globe valve, or strainer.
The valve disassembles easily for inspection and servicing. It features a vent cap and internal backseat functionality, allowing replacement of the main shaft seal even under pressure.
The laser-cut V-port delivers outstanding opening characteristics. The valve cone incorporates built-in flexibility, ensuring precise and tight closure against the seat.
Well-balanced damping between piston and cylinder provides optimal protection under low loads and prevents pulsation.
